That's not a factory switch.

Aftermarket seat heaters or something perhaps?

I figured it was not a factory installed switch, just wanted a second opinion so thanks for confirming this. They did a nice job as it is mounted flush & clean looking aside from being upside down. I will follow the wires when I have time.

could be rear/front fog lights. (not sure if us spec come with rear fog lights?)
