I am in the process of building a Darton wet sleeved engine. I did not over bore but went with the stock 104 mm ID. This allows for future boring if required. With all of the modifications to exhaust, exhaust manifold, turbo, etc with a stock 951 head (ceramic lined) I am hoping for around 400 to 425 at the fly wheel. Is Powerhaus still in business?

What i meant was usually we sleeve when a cylinder is unrepairable.... No sleeve, no cyl. Not that we don't sleeve for other reasons, like steel, big bores, etc....
