Hi Chad, My account is awaiting activation. Can't post yet. With one post by the jerk all the BMW Members were ready to string you up without hearing your side. His Name on the BMW Site is "dilliandog" a man of many names at least the dog part is correct.

Post your cleared checks; not that I don't believe you, I do, but it will help shut him down. I buy a lot of stuff for my car online and on ebay and I've already gotten scammed once (luckily for much less of an amount). Good thing we have Lart and Lindsey Racing!

I just don't understand this either. All this fighting helps no one, least of all him. He should just let this all go and concentrate on his business. What a shame.

Chad already posted the cleared check images and even more a message from the seller acknowledging that the wheels were ready to be shipped due to the fact that the check had cleared. Read a few posts back

Oh, and one more thing. damiza318 (a.ka. Mike Hobocan) stated in his PelicanParts post that he cashed my check for the Ruf wheels before shipping the wheels. This is an outright lie that I can prove without doubt. I made sure to corospond with him via the eBay messaging system so that I would have offical communication about the original auction listing for the Ruf wheels just incase something went south with the $2500 cash purchase. You can clearly see, in his eBay shipping confirmation message to me, that the message was sent 10/05/2012. If you look at the back of the cleared check image you will see that the money cleared on 10/03/2012. Mike even clearly says the check cleared in his shipping confirmation message. I'm confused, I though Mr. Hobocan said my check bounced? Who's the scumbag?

Well composed, the message is clear, now i know how you managed to build that 3l by yourself you are bright young man, can say the same about those bmw bike owners it seems that as the revs climbed high the IQ went low.
