TO add some buyer and seller protection info:
watch out for charge backs on deposits PAY PAL will not protect you , since a deposit is not considered goods .. you loose goods and funds ( nice wake up call )

I've never had any problems with this individual. In fact quite the opposite! I bought a HVAC unit from him and it arrived DOA, he then replaced it with a working model free of charge. I am sorry that this particular transaction turned out this way, but I do not think that it was indicative of him as a person? Hmm...**** happens to all of us once in a while right? But if he did do what you are accusing him of...screw him HARD!

I will add a note of quality though: Lart on Ebay has always done me a solid whenever i've purchased from him! He's always been on top of whatever i've needed, or even for free advice. So all of you guys "showing the love" for Lart...I concur!
