Default T/O Bearing flange help

Got my clutch disk and pp back from Southbend Clutch. They were great to work with and very fast.
My question is that they returned my T/O bearing back installed in the pressure plate but without the Flange installed. So how do you install the flange into the bearing?

Just a quick update incase any one else comes across this in the future.
I got my T/O bearing back from Southbend Clutch with the flange removed. When you get a T/O bearing from any supplier, the flange is installed. But if your flange is ever removed then you will need to press it back in and install the retaing clip.
I froze mine which made it very easy to intall.
Thats all.

I guess I'm not following what flange you are referring to? Do you mean the bearing itself was disassembled as opposed to the bearing just not being installed in the pp? If so, got pics? Didn't know that even came apart... learn something new everyday I guess...

Yes. Southbend pressed the flange out of the bearing. It is the flange that the clutch fork pulls on. If you look on the reverse side, you will see the clip that holds it from being pulled out of the bearing by the fork.
I never noticed it before either but when I got it back from them, Something was different!!
Thanks for your help though.

Yes. Southbend pressed the flange out of the bearing
Thats weird, why would they do that? ... Bruce

PS...I dealt with southbend before but I kept (and replaced) my release bearing. I was happy with SB's work but I'm not 100% sure I got new fingers & springs in the deal. Everything looked good due to the bead blasting. The clutch worked fine so I never had reason to ask.

That spring failed on my TO bearing once. Makes you say dirty words when you have to do a 20 hr clutch job for a spring!
