Your clutch master-cyl piston might be stuck down-bore. If it is, it wont allow fluid to flow. You'll need to reverse-bleed through the bleed valve on the slave cyl. This is tedious and can be extremely messy. ( DONT USE COMPRESSED AIR !!! ) Better yet , just pull the clutch master and rebuild it.
