If it was on the right mapping, then something else is wrong. Fuel pressure, MAP sensor, significant boost leak, ect.

That is off the-chart rich. Assuming everything is in working order, I expect the AFRs to be 95-97% on target right out of box. The AFRs being that out of order is a blazing flag that something isn't right.

That's not torque - that's boost.

EDIT - I see this was answered several times already... but can't delete...

I have a question.

The first chart posted shows a date of 4-24-2012.
The thread was started saying it blew up on the dyno on 4-23-2012.

?

Coding plug was off. We agree that something wasn't right. All we have checked regarding that so far was for any boost leaks (pressurized the system). didn't get a chance to check anything else before things went south.

The date on the computer is off. It was replaced a few weeks ago, and the person that came in and set it up was off by a day. We just never got around to changing it.

new rings
gasket sets

Our initial hope was that we caught it in time, and that there was no damage to the crank or rod, but that wasn't the case. If we are going to fix it, we want to make sure it stays together, plain and simple. Oh, and here's a picture of the bearing from #2
Ok yeah that makes a little more sense...

What's up with those charts? Were they the ones where you were mid pull and shut the engine down? Weird looking hp and crazy rich afr's.

I could see why this would be a problem if we were running lean, or if it was fouling out, causing a misfire, but neither of these things were happening.

The main reason for going on the dyno was not HP, but to set the boost levels safely in a controlled environment. After that was done, the next step was going to be to recording some HP numbers for the customer.

Signing off of this thread for now. I will try and check it later tonight and over the weekend, but I have family obligations, so I can't guarantee. I will answer any questions I can as quickly as possible.

First and foremost, all I heard about botom end was pistons look new, cylinder walls are fine. No noise,no ribrations. That being said, was car more out of tune on first three pulls? If that far out of whack why not stop until problem is fixed, was the 4-5-and sixth the tuning or hp runs? I'm confused,I was told car was ready before dyno? How,I mean if its that much out of tune?

You might get more answers and more information if you go talk with Dan and Ivan face to face. On here or emails etc a lot gets lost in translation. I know if it was me I would be up there at the shop in person to make sure everything is addressed and everyone on the same page.
