My Gaz Gold rubbed on the bolt that holds the rubber support.

If you delete torsion bars, you can delete that support and even chop the axle´s arc that hold that support?¿?

Hmmm

The bottom of the shock has an offset mount. Just like the Bilstein Escorts do. And they are supposed to be oriented so that the shock is pushed away from the trailing arm ( which will also push the spring away from the body)... NOT the way the shock is oriented in this picture.

It looks backwards.

I know it looks that way, but that's the correct orientation in the photo. The offset on the bottom is front to back, not side to side like the bilstein. It is still possible that the top can be installed with the spacer to the wrong side and you can't see that in the picture.
