Default Dashboard Switch - E85 to pump gas

Need some inputs on what kind of switch to use to change maps on M-Tune!

I think it would be nice with an original switch like the one for example hazard light or fog lights but these seem more like relays Or is there a switch like this I can use?
Would be nice with stockish look and if not I want something more racey!

Otherwise I'd be greatful to see what others have done here!

Tips and inputs please!

Thanks
/Peter

I had a plate made from front panel express for the cubby below the stereo and will use a toggle switch mounted to that.

I used a toggle switch. a plain, metal toggle switch mounted righ next to my WBO2. I also engraved in my best dremel handwriting (horribly) E85 on top, gas on bottom. I'll take a pic next time I'm in the Porsche.

Chris: how much did this cost?

Omg...Dremel handwriting... :-)

So my options are either an original black switch or maybe the red aircraft style toggle for the batman race look.

The faceplate was $36 shipped. It has a spot for my A/F gauge, knock counter and toggle switch. I haven't gotten the plate yet or the toggle switch. I need to replace my current A/F kit with a Zietronix data logger.

For my garage door opener, I picked up an extra factory rocker switch and snapped it into a spare slot above the gear shifter in lieu of one of the filler blanks . I sprayed it with black paint first to cover up the original legend on it. Just another option -- 100% factory parts and reversible...

So it's not quite an exact match - but I found a little black rocker switch at Radio Shack with an LED in it that is very close (not exact, but close) in shape to the factory rockers. The size of the switch makes it a PERFECT fit though for one of the blank spots in either the center console or (how I used it) for the blank next to the foglight switch. (I used one for my Cool Suit system.) Slides right into the backside of the trim piece. A little dab of super glue on the side and it's in.

i wouldn't use a switch with that red saftey cover. if your in pump and knock the red cover, it'll switch it down to e85.

id buy a electric mirror selector switch and use that.
