The air comes from the base of the windshield just like the cowl induction L88 Corvettes etc.

Chassis was stiffened by the cage installation/strut bar at the base of the B pillars (straight across), the dash bar runs right behind the box tube at the base of the windshield and is tied to that brace as well.

won't that be pulling air out the engine bay not drawing air in?

I'm just not sure how that works.

Obviously it does and im impressed.

Looks ready for battle! I have the same Tilton reservoir. I love it. I can't wait for you to go break it in. I want to see your post about it too.

No, base of windshield is a very high pressure area, good place to pull intake from. The angle change from hood to windshield is like a wall for oncoming air so it backs up and pressurizes.

That is a very well thought out and executed conversion. Well done.

Clutch pedal is still there it's just hard to see in front of the dead pedal. The clutch pedal has a custom, adjustable block on top of it and is clad with non skid skateboard tape. My left leg is shorter than my right so It evens things out.

Panels are loaded and off to the painter tomorrow. Should have them back for a weekend installation.

Time to create a punch list, what a pleasure that is!

Man, I always thought both your legs were pretty short....!

Congrats for finally getting the car back from Mitch's, Jim - it looks amazing & I'm eager to see/hear it lay a couple of thick rubber streaks up the entire length of your driveway.

When & where do the shake down sessions start?
