Thanks for the update Jon, that's very, very exciting!
To clarify on the hardware question, us manual sunroof guys would still want the front hardware mounted, just not the rear.
I'll be first in line for this version and will be happy to post a write up on mounting the rear manual hardware.

Hi All,
Sorry for the long delay but we have some exciting news. We are in full production of the Saratoga Tops and we have pictures to share as well. We have made 750 pieces on the first run of the tooling in over 20 years!
We are currently completing our model number certification process and working on getting the components for assembly. To answer a previous post, we will be selling the top with and without hardware. You will have the option when ordering through our Classics ordering facility.
We will have more news to share on completion date, ordering, etc… in the near future. We hope you are excited and enjoy the two included photos!
The first picture below is the painted glass going into the bending furnace. The following photo is bent glass exiting cooling.
Best,
Jon Sheets

Congratulations on the progress....until I saw the photos I would have bet the house on that this was just another thread started by someone that got out of control.
I actually thought it was a joke as it is all over pelican and rennlist....
That being said, I have an orginal saratoga and after 25-27 years the seals while still working have seen better days.....I am interested in purchasing the seal which you all are obviously manufacturing that goes on the underside of the framless version.
Can you let me know where to order them and also what the price will be for just the seals?
Again Great Job.....
Scott

Hi Scott,
We are still working out the component details, so at the moment, I don’t have much to give you in terms of price or when/where to order. As that information becomes available, I’ll make sure to send out a post to keep everyone updated. Look forward to more information!
Thanks,
Jon Sheets

Oh my word--I'm glad to have stumbled upon this thread. Read it all the way through expecting to see a message like "Thanks for all the orders, all--they're now sold out!" but did not!
I'm in for at least one of these. I'd like to hold out for the gray glass, but I don't think I'll have the willpower.
