On the bright side, maybe production is being pushed back enough that we can get the gray ones instead.

UPDATE:::::::::
Tops are being made. There will be two colors and styles. Colors are Bronze and Gray
Types are with and without frames.
So here it is, The tops should be on the market in May and costing is going to be $500 or less.
We will buy direct from the manufacturer and no middle men with markups. I will supply the contact info to purchase as soon as we have the tops available. So that is it folks, we will have this product once again. I have just about fullfilled my desire and promise to bring these to market at a reasonable price. Kindly pass the word to all who desire a top............

Here's a quick update.
I have version 2 in my car for some testing right now. The first version had some significant wind noise and squeaking. This latest version is much better. A little rattling over bumps and a little wind noise over 65mph, but not bad at all. We put an original Saratoga top in for comparison and that actually had quite a lot of wind noise - not sure if the seal was worn out in that, but I would be interested in hearing from owners of the original tops to see if that was an issue then.
I did take some pics and will try to get them uploaded here - the thing is my car's black so it doesn't look that different from the outside. Not sure when the engineer will be back to work on it again, but hopefully it won't be too long.

I too am wondering what is going on. I started this over a year ago and have not heard anything from Pilkington. Someone out there drop me a line and some concrete updates.

What's hard to understand is the fact that they produced the glass, and posted a picture, and now it's just laying fallow. If I had that much money tied up in inventory I'd sure want to make sure a captive audience like Rennlist was being updated.
