Both Lindsey and Vitesse are great to work with but my question is why not just buy a new turbo and the Rogue M Tune with his injectors? You don't need a piggyback with the M-Tune, just get a good A/F kit to monitor that and a dualport wastegate. I know the Lindsey kit used to include the Mafterburner piggyback but they don't sell those any longer so I'm not sure what they replaced it with. The Vitesse kits do not include exhaust or a wastegate like the lindsey kit.

So many avenues for these cars. If budget is limited to the range of an LR 340 kit or Vitesse stg 3 kit, look into building your own with the M-Tune, turbo, wastegate etc.

We now offer the M-Tune with our 340 kit if that's the way you you want to go. Our chips, injectors and MAF are swapped out for their's. We have plenty of the M-Tune kits in stock for those just wanting that kit. Pump/E85 and Pump/Race kits. Our web site is playing catch up as we have been to busy to work on it much. We will try to get the 340 kit and their kit pages updated. You can search for M-Tune and pull it up though now if you want to have one shipped out today!

What would you guys recommend for pre-LR build maintenance. I talked to a local shop that recommended the rod bearings and oil sump mod and pickup tube.

Don't forget about the axles and CV bolts. Once you get more power other things start breaking/loosening up. It's like moving a fuse.

Just out of curiosity Arthopraxis, how much would an LS1 swap run?
