Timing belt rubbing on camshaft cover..need help!

See that guy above, Van? Search for his video's on changing the t-belts and water pumps. Watch all three carefully and compare what you have to what he does. Those are the most informative vids on t-belt and WP changes that exist.
I used them and everything came out perfectly. Do the same. I bet you can narrow down your problem by comparing the the vids.

did this all start after your water pump install? including the whine noise?

@ehall thanks I'll definitely watch them @kev951 the whine existed before the water pump but the belt grinding was after @reno808 I'll probably be working on it a little during this week but I'll let you know how it's going if I need help this weekend.

K..so I finally came around to doing the belt and came to find out that the cam sprocket gear on the crankshaft assembly was put on backwards. So I fixed that and the whine I was talking about was just my balance shaft belt being to tight. It still has a whine to it but not like before where it sounded like flying a jet plane. Thank you everyone for all the great advice, I really appreciate it.
