Mike,
Ah i forgot to check my eboost2 for you! I'll be in my car tomorrow, I hope i remember.
I did a log comparison with 98 vs e85
E85
At about 5000 rpm 18psi of boost i have 11.2 AFR then it hits 13.8 at 6000. and it stays around there. I'm not sure if the M-Tune is hitting limiter for me but it's going at 6300 rpm. did peak 4.09v at 6300 rpm
98ron
10-11 AFR all the way to 6700 rpm. peaked at 4.02v at 6700 rpm 18psi all the way.
my 100 - 160 km/h time dropped from 4.6 seconds to 4.1

Pauly: Obviously too lean on e85 log - needs to be high 11's low 12's. I think the Rogue logger tracks injector duty cycle. My bet is you have maxed out fuel delivery system on e85 run at 18psi. B/T/W, I pulled the eboost2 SP1 to 43 and it solved the over boost symptom. Weird though, in that in order to get 18psi before, I needed a setting of 55. I currently have GP1 at 11.5 to prevent boost spike and SN1 is at 23. I checked all vac/boost hoses yesterday and all is well. I do plan to replace Lindsey DP WG with the Turbosmart WG this week as I thiink my variation in settings is being sourced from the WG. Mike

Pauly, you are running way too lean.
as mentioned, you should log your IDC.
I haven't kept track, but if you did install an 044 pump, you may want to check the inlet hose and make sure its large enough and without obstruction.
Otherwise you are most likely out of injector. What is your FP at?

Paulyy, if you were out of injector - the software would have triggered a fuel-cut protection. It would feel like hitting the overboost protection.
What fuel pump are you using?

Rev limit is the same between tunes.
There is two other things which can feel like the rev-limit: overboost, injector duty-cycle limiter.
You must be hitting one of these two.
