Sorry to revive an old post, but I want to know more about that reservoir cleaning using coffee grounds. How do I do that?

Slightly different angle but I notice that on the Ford Mustang it almost looks like they spray the top of the white plastic overflow tank black so you don't see it yellow and just the sides are white.
