ive been driving for three days now the system is very informative and adjustable i can view rpm ,tps,o2 sensor vacuum and boost its incredible for the dollars invested and ease of instalation.if anyone decides to go this route i have good base numbers now and andrew at carmodifications.com will give you a discount on the price if you mention travis sent you.and for future mods i can totaly tune around them with this system.try that with a mas system for twice the price plus i can view all the peramiters and data log from my laptop WOW.

Superjet,
I have nothing against stand alone engine mgmt. It is probably the best way to go for some people. For me it is not! I would be fiddling with it all the time and w/o a dynojet in my garage I would probably melt my motor .
I don't really get the neg. attitude on the list lately. We all have a common interest.
This my dad can beat up your dad stuff says alot.
I am sure that a stand alone can make the same power as the MAF w/2.5 you probably just have to have someone who knows how to tune either one!!

I've been reading these posts and I've never unterstood the glamour of the MAF system.
I really like what I've read here. I've looked into the Link system and also found a complete engine management system that interests me. If the Afmlink is so good, maybe the bigger system is even better. It also includes the MAP sensor.
I'm even interested in becoming a dealer for these products. If I could offer group prices to rennlist members, on an ongoing basis, who'd be interested?
Thanks,
Bill

Good plan would be to assemble a complete MAP-upgrade kit. Include the AFM-Link with intake-plumbing to mount a K&N behind the headlights. Perhaps even bundle it with some intercooler pipes.

ive finished tuning today the car idles better then stock hits boost so fast its hard to believe.i ran some g-tec runs at 15 pounds of boost i dont know how they compare to other cars but its better then before by far my car has 180000 miles and the stock and very tired turbo on it.well here are the numbers 0-60 at 5.56 seconds quarter mile average 14.45 seconds with lots of wheel spin(no limited slip)in first and second.pulls hard every where and i know the g-tec isnt the most accurate but compared to runs before the mod im happy.before 0-60 5.85 quarter mile low 15,s
