Default New wheels!

Old wheels: 16x7 ET65 and 16x8 ET52, D90's

New wheels: 17x7 ET55 and 17x8.5 ET48, something off a 986 Boxster that I've never seen before (not that I've been watching). They are an even better fit than the D90's, offset is perfect, and I think they look pretty sharp. Thanks Lart!! (eBay). New Hankook V12's should be here on Friday

I've been wondering how those wheels would look on a 951 for a while.... Now I have my answer: Good! Very good!

Lookin' good, Matt!

Thanks Dave! Do you happen to know what year model Boxster these wheels are from?

Biased? Do you have the same wheels? Do you know what year model Boxster these were stock on, or if they were some type of option wheel?

None whatsoever - they fit amazingly well! I'm thinking about adding just a TINY bit like 5-7mm, especially to the fronts because I had to remove my bearing dust caps for the wheels to mount flush to the hubs. I really want to keep those dust caps in place even though the wheel w/cap seals ok.

Sorry about that! You need an iPhone with the Rennlist app to see these pictures at work .

They will work great for the drive, but ONLY if the tires come in. These rear tires are even harder than the Kuhmo's I took off.
