Ah, we've got a little of Rob's car in both of ours! I should have the car running by this weekend. I have had the AOT since I bought the car though, so I've spent a bit of time with it. Still managed to get 30+mpg on the highway with it and the 26/6 despite the higher RPM's.

Just about have everything back together. Installing the TO4E is no small task, I spent a lot of time modifying brackets, the alternator shroud, the TB spring mount, etc. Spent two nights just cleaning the AOS and 25 years of grime on the top of the motor. Received the M-Tune Saturday and got it installed. Probably could have started it today but watched A LOT of football .

Should get it running Monday night and if all goes well I will be going to the dyno Thurday night.

Looks great. What RPM does the 951 spin at with a AOT trans?

Did you end up having to grind down the compressor housing?

Yes, on the hump and a little on the TB. Used a Dremel Tool. Everything is very tight. If I had to do it again I would definitely go with the Nissan alternator.

Interested to see what it numbers you put down and at what boost levels. I had experimented with e85 at 19psi for about a week. It was fantastic, spool time almost as fast as the stock 26/6 with no hints of boost drop all the way to redline.

Thanks for all your help Onspeed. I will be running E85 at 18psi.

I'll be pretty interested on the dyno chart if you do dyno it at 18 psi on e85

i plan to run mine when finished and with a new clutch on 18-20 psi on e85

dont think the stock clutch will hold 12 psi with the new turbo

Wow - looks great. You work fast! Can't wait to see what it does on the dyno and how it feels on the street.

The 951 lives! Started right up. No apparent leaks. No smoke. Looking forward to seeing what she does with boost. I will take it out for a drive tomorrow night.
