I think Joe Rothman broke 2 minutes in his 996 GT3, but I could be wrong..

Any chance you'd bring it up to bandimere to a test and tune?

It would be great to get a comparison with a well sorted 948

Not sure it'd be a good comparison, I suck at drag racing. I've only done it once while I was on One Lap and I didn't do that well...

Doesn't matter how good you are really. The reaction time doesn't matter for the cars performance. You just have to figure out what rpm to leave at and when to shift. Your car would be much easier to race than the little 4 banger turbos.

Check this out: http://www.redheadwindscreens.com/

It could help you tons with the wind noise sound issue. The video on the main page is pretty self explanatory.

Here's one I took for HPR. In car GoPro, windshield mounted suction cup. 944 Turbo. Race starts at approx 6mins.

1Hr Enduro, with all classes including the GT's. Approx 60 cars, it was an absolute blast.

Damn you Sid.

Now you have me needing to get the 951 out to Bandimere. But weather says Wednesday will be crappy (rainy). Maybe the 21st I can make it out (have to Go to Europe Saturday).

Have to leave the kid at home and bring the 951. Maybe mommy will come and bring the kid. She wants to the car run.

That would be great.

I'd love to see a few more come up.

BTW I ended up achieving a 1.61 sixty foot last wednesday . That was about the only highlight. Still only high twelves best run. The clutch gave it up early that night (actually on the 1.6 run).

Hopefully by the time you come up I'll be able to put some real power down.
