I like many others am monitoring this post. I've read through it thoroughly, and I must say, if anything I'd say Ian has stood up for Tony when others have written negative things about his character. Ian has made it very clear from the start that all he's interested in is getting his money back.

Now let's remember what that means Tony. We're talking about HIS money. Understand that? HE worked for it, HE got paid, HE sent it to you as payment for a product that was apparently never delivered. Now he simply wants it back. It's really not up to you to decide whether or not to give it back, is it? After all, it's NOT YOURS!! Even if you want to teach him a lesson for his so-called bad-mouthing you, it's really not an option for you to keep the money...it's not yours to keep!!!

So simple a concept and yet so difficult for some to grasp...

What the **** is up with so many suppliers being so SLOW with orders and suplies and money???

If you're running a business, and can't meet the demand, you don't keep accepting orders beyond your capacity! It's like a hotel over-booking rooms, and having people arrive from out of town with nowhere to stay! Why mess someone up like that?

This is not about poor service or slow service on Tony's part. This is an absolute LACK of service!!

Tony if you can't MEET an ORDER in a TIMELY FASHION, DON'T TAKE IT!

And if you can't take the order, GIVE THE MAN BACK HIS MONEY.

YOU WERE WRONG TO MAKE IAN WAIT SO LONG!!

I know you're not gonna respond, but it's YOUR PROBLEM that brought this into the public!

Rich - I do agree with you, but man, what's with you today? This is the second post from you that I've read today that's full of swearing. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but the Rennlist forums try to stay clean and mature. Like I said, I agree, and it pisses me off too (hey, I didn't say I was a saint). Also, I don't think Tony is a vendor, he's just a guy who apparently is/was selling off a bunch of 951 parts. However, I don't think that's an excuse for not paying the man his money.
