If you don't have a dremel, just drill a little out of the ends of the screws using a bit that is around 80% the size of the screw itself. That should weaken the flared end of the screw enough that it will collapse as you unscrew it.
Once the screws are out, you can clean off the shaft burrs with a fine file, some emory paper, or similar.

Thanks Eddie and Matt, worked great.
One last question as I am putting the shaft parts back in. There is that thin washer. Does it go on the end with the throttle cam or does it go on the TPS end under the lock washer that you use the special pliers to install.
Just as others have posted the various seals were definitely in need of replacement.

So i have the thin washer on the throttle cable side of butterfly shaft, but I cannot find the washer that sits under the snapring on the TPS switch side. Is there supposed to be a spacer washer there? I see room for one.
If so where could one find one?
