Post Burgandy Interior on 952's - Only one kind? - PICS PLEASE

In the 88, and 89 944T's there was that plaid burgandy interior correct? Was there a leather version also? Or just ONE available 'burgandy' ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the plaid interior was for the Turbo S's only. There was a burgandy interior offered on the NA cars, but I don't know about the turbos. The two should be interchangeable though. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I'm asking about the.
1989 Turbo S. If in the description of one it says ' Burgandy Interior ' It's pretty much garunteed to have the plaid one with the odd colors on the seats/door pannels correct?

The plaid interior was for the Silver Rose 88 TurboS (yuck). On the 89 Turbo the burgandy was/is a solid color.

my engine code 944/52=952?

I got the burgundy plaid interior (not on the door panels though like some are). I had to replace some worn fabric with suede as the fabric is no longer available.

Man that is so 80's, I find it weird that Porsche only had one interior for the 88 model. All you need next is to crank up some 80's hair band music and go cruizen..

Dan
PS: who likes 80's hair band music

Thanks guys,
I am hoping to one day make a shift boot out of the leftover suede, but haven't done it yet. Makes the seat real grippy too.
