Has this thread been forwarded to his email address? Maybe he'd like to fess up and accept the responsibility for his actionas rather than being taken away from his home in handcuffs. Or maybe not.

That BMW though sounds like an interesting idea. Maybe he'd be willing to part with it as payment for all his sins. Seems that if it is paid off we could sell it and the resultant money could be used to reimburse the many people who he seems to have screwed over...

Obviously the guy has intentionally been ripping people off, or he would have posted his #, and not some guy to screen his calls for him. This guy Mike is obviously lying about Zorilla's wherabouts, which further implicates his guilt. If I had lost money on the deal and knew where to find the guy(or his car), I would apply some "frontier justice" and extract comparable satisfaction relative to the amount of $$ I lost(i.e. if I was scammed for 300.00 I would bust out his windshield and slash a tire). Flame me if you like, but I would have no qualms or guilt about doing something like this. <img src="graemlins/drink.gif" border="0" alt="[cherrsagai]" />

I am in CA too and I am tempted to fly over there to recover my $300.
Talking is useless. He is ignoring my phone calls and email message. I will continue the attempts to contact him and resolve this in a non-violent, but serious, and just way.

Dan ****, I think you might something due to the postal money order and the fact that you MAILED it to him. The USPS does not like mail fraud, and I think they might be interested in helping you out.

Update:
I just called Porsche Pitstop and asked for Andrew. He is on vacation according to the person working there.
When asked when he would return, the guy answered Monday. I will call the shop again on Monday.
