Justice will be served.
I will be contacting the Springfield Police Department. 703-691-2131.
I will also be writing a letter to the Attorney General of VA to file a formal compliant against him.
I would encourage anyone with information on him to contact me directly or the Springfield PD.

not to be a kill joy but what proof do you have that he didn't send the equipment? the cops are gonna want something to that effect arn't they?
It's very hard to prove theft by deception.
the cops are gonna tell you its a civil action and to take him to small claims.
It sounds to me like this guy knows his way around the system and its gonna take some old fashion justice.

I have an update.
I have the home number of this scam artist and just spoke to a person named Mike.
When I asked for Andrew, he stuttered and said that he was out of town. I ask him how long ago he left. He said he left a couple weeks ago. I told him that was impossible because I called his cell phone a couple days ago and heard him on the phone, when I told him my name, he hung up. I then proceeded to ask Mike about when he was coming back. He said 2 or 3 weeks, he is out the country. I asked if he had any contact for him, he said he didnt. I asked when was the last time he talked to Andrew, he said a couple days ago. I told him that I would like to speak to Andrew, and left a message for him to return my phone call.
Since then, I have tried his cell phone number again and again, but he has turned off his phone and I get a generic Nextel message.
Mike said he drives a 318 and Andrew drives a white E36 BMW.
Any suggestions for my next course of action?
