That's a great idea, Rad951, but I'm trying not to destroy the OEM part since I move alot and don't know when I'll need it again.
Can anyone who has a Bursch test pipe answer the questions in my previous posts? Thanks!

One thing I have never understood is how come the pipe from the wastegate connects to the exhaust system AFTER the catalytic converter? That way the gases coming through the wastegate does not get "cleaned". What am I missing?

The bulge at the end of the wastegate pipe right before it joins the primary exhaust. That, I believe, houses a small cat. Meow.

[quote] Which companies make a 2.5" cat pipe beside Bursch? Does the Bursch pipe have the inlet from the wastegate? Does it come as a complete kit, ready to bolt right up, or does it require additional hardware, gaskets, etc? Who has the best price?

The cheapest way is to buy used like I did, but can take a while to find one.
Other places do make them, but some my be only in SS and 3"

Bursch does have the wastegate inlet and uses stock gaskets and bolts at all mounting points except at the forward mount at the turbo downpipe you need a different gasket, I would think a new pipe would come with this.
Yes, it does bolt right up.
Good Luck
