Anyone know how this Oil sending wire is routed
I know it goes over the water pump, after there is a mounting point see 2nd picture but there are two plastic clips that snap into an l shaped bracket One is on the corner of the head in the front of the car ... were does the other one go?

Also,( at the top of the 1st picture ) is that sensor on the (?ORV) supposed to be, that close to the power steering line? I can barley get the contacts off without removing the line clamps for the PS line
TIA
Ed

IIRC it belongs between the PS pump and Balance shaft cover, then down to the side of the oil pan (I assume you mean the yellow wire) as it is the wire for the oil level sender on the side of late oil pans...

Yes you are correct, I was looking for the exact routing because there are clips that snap into the body somewhere ... I was hoping someone with a later car could maybe take a picture as to how it is run

I dont remember it being that close, I can look on my N/A.. and might be able to get a pick of the oil level gauge wire setup too... just not last night or today, as it is raining! Maybe I'll sneek under there a little later today, if I do I'll post pics! I would take pics of the turbo, but the motor out of her was dropped of to Chris White a while back... but I do have the oil cooler housing off the turbo for comparison sake...

OH and the sensor you are asking about is the oil pressure sender... the other wire you are asking for routing on is the oil level sender wire!

Well John was kind enough to take a picture and find where the other mounting point is !!! For the life of me, I couldn't remember where the little bugger was
Thanks John very much !!
I thought I would post it with a circle on it for anyone else that may need it in the future
Best regards
Ed
