Question Semi-solid engine mounts??

So LR sells some engine mounts that are "adjustable and semi-solid"... I need to get some cause mine are sagging alot.... I would like to know if anyone is running these types of mounts or something like it. I dont really want solid engine mounts because I do drive this car ALOT on the street..

Thanks

I have the Ultra LR mounts and really like them. I would recommend getting them.

Recommended. Their trans mount is also a good addition.

If your car is just used for a street car buy regular engine mounts. Other wise you are going to feel every crack and bump in the road.

Cheers,

It's not a solid trans mount. It's the semi-solid mount like their engine mounts.

Not with the LR semi-solid mounts for the engine and transmission. Feels fairly close to stock. The stock mounts are great. I just couldn't use them in my car. The motor would move over an inch on boost and my intake would hit my strut brace.

The LR semi solid mounts allowed me to lower my motor about 1/2 inch, and there is very little engine movement. Liked them so much, purchased their semi solid trans mounts. This car has KWV3, poly bronze bushings, etc. There is little vibration transferred. I've had a solid trans mount in the past with this car, and got rid of it within a week.

The semi-solid mount is good, i have it on my car. Currently running stock engine mounts also though i have a set of semi-solid mounts from CEP to put in when i drop the pan over the winter. A little more vibration and noise at idle, but nothing that isnt drowned out by a 3" exhaust once you get moving. The noise is actually sorta cool in 2nd and 3rd, sounds like a sequential box almost. I am also running KW V3's with mostly solid mounts..and yes i feel just about every pebble the tires go over .

All these positive reviews are really making me regret buying those pricey (junk) OEM mounts for $240 that lasted only a few months
