Default Electronic Boost Gauge?

Hey guys I wanted to know if it's possible to hook up an electronic boost gauge? I know you can hook up the mechanical through the KLR vac line but I wanted to see if an electronic is possible.

Also if it is where/what would I have to tap it in to?

Thanks for the help.

Autometer makes one, however there is a sender under the hood with wires back to the gauge instead of a vacuum / pressure line.

You may do the same with the electronic gauge if you wish.
Except you will be splicing the sender into the KLR line, then routing the wires to the gauge.
Why do you want to use electronic?

Stack. Expensive, but so nice to look at.

I am using a Defi electronic, you can see the boost sensor in the middle. Very easy to hookup.

cool, I'm planning on a 45mm boost gauge and I'm going to mount it in a 968 coin cubby where the clock goes. I figure by trimming the clock area slightly it should mount up easy, that way I see a factory look and plus I like having a cubby lol.

Prosport has a number of choices - decent stuff for a good price.

$100 for that one? I can't say that I like the look much....
The easy install is to tee into the KLR line in the passengers foot well.

this one is $55 from Prosport - it is white with the headlights off and amber with the light s on - the amber color is a very good match with our dashes.

ya I saw those but I like the white backlight better, looks cleaner to me.. but the price is $80 so it would be $20 cheaper... I hate how it's harder to find a nice mechanical 45mm boost gauge.
