Well it all depends on whether or not you wanna blow up the engine. I'm sure if you had the right mods, you could run 50-60 psi easily... and briefly.

Use better rod bolts and head studs. (raceware,arp...)

It's code for 35psi...

Seriously, just build up the motor and work your way up to a reasonable boost level. You picture clearly shows why our motors won't continue to hold a lot of boost. By a lot, I mean 35psi+. That's what the Jap cars and some other German motors are holding. Our motors were never designed to run that sort of boost. Some on here have of course...and lived to tell the tale, but that's on the street and they are pretty advanced tuners.

Question is. How much boost do you want to run and why?
