I think the list would be different when you drive a 951. What do you guys think?

Looks like a horrible list. Low Rider is not worthy of #1.

Edit: UK list looks better.

Car Songs, by that I assume the subject of the song is cars or related to them in some way. Can't be most played in a car song because David Hasselhoff is not on the list!

Been making travel CD's for years. Not one of those ever made the cut. Four for the 44 are 'King of the Highway' [Eric Clapton & B.B. King], 'St. Christopher on the passenger's side' [Tom Waites], 'Rocket 88' [way before my time, ? ] and , of course, 'Cant drive 55' [Sammy Hagar]

Yuck...without at least ONE of these three this list sucks!

"Highway Star" (Deep Purple)

"Hot Rod Lincoln" (Various Artists)

"Born to Run" (Springsteen)

Hagars I cant drive 55 is my favorite, but I like Rihanna's Shut Up And Drive for a newer song.

Only one Beach Boys song? And WTF is Tracy Chapman doing on the list? I don't care what the name of the song is, it has NOTHING to do with cars. And I actually like the song.

No Red Barchetta?
No Shut Down?
No Giddy-Up 409?

Hey, I like the song Low Rider probably better than all of the others on the list, but how can Little Deuce Coupe NOT be #1? Sheesh, the line "If that's not enough to make you flip your lid, there's one more thing - got the pink slip, daddy" has got to be the best line ever written about cars.

Racin In the Streets Bruce Springsteen

I got a sixty-nine Chevy with a 396
Fuelie heads and a Hurst on the floor
She's waiting tonight down in the parking lot
Outside the Seven-Eleven store
Me and my partner Sonny built her straight out of scratch
And he rides with me from town to town
We only run for the money, got no strings attached
We shut 'em up and then we shut 'em down

I like racing in the streets, classic. Theres a small error in the lyrics though. 396 is a big block and "fuelie heads" are small block heads.
