I took this video the other day - and I finally stayed up late to edit and post it.

Thanks for posting the video. I've done the same steps too. Additional steps to take is to spray on soapy water. This will help pinpoint slow leaks.

The 15 psi is important, don't ask me why.

Hi Van, nice video. The shop I took my car to did exactly the same with a couple of modifications.

First, They preured the system with a kind of smoke to easily find the leaks
Second, more important, always do the check with the engine HOT! My car had no leaks cold but several when warm, mainly from under the intake manifold gaskets

I thought about trying to do a bong hit in there... But the kids were around.

Do you know how they made the smoke? I was actually thinking you could put in a little dish of water and a chunk of dry ice... But you'd have to do it in such a way the water doesn't spill into the intake - that could be bad.

nice man. also you could use a small amount of dishsoap and water mixture and spray various spots where a leak could occur.

As for the smoke, i believe its the same stuff the lionel trains use the make their smoke....smells the same atleast...

I don't like pressurizing the crankcase, so I pull the J-boot and use a silicone coupler instead.
