Both are coming off my car shortly. In good shape, what's market value on em?

is the test pipe a bolt in replacement for the cat when using a stock manifold?

Doc, I recently sold a bursch test pipe for $150 shipped with new copper gaskets.
I think fedex charged me around $30 to ship it a few states over.

Yes, replaces the cat with the factory manifold on 951's.

Last year I sold a bursch test pipe with an ansa catback for $200 and shipping was $50 from VA to TX.
