I'm going to be ordering a set but can't decide if the red is going to be too much or not and was hoping to see some pictures of it installed.

Sorry did not install them yet as i will do that when i change rad . And i Guess it wouldn't help much since mine are blue. What i can say though is that the quality is outstanding both for those and the venturi delete hoses i bought.

Yeah I think I am going to get the other hoses as well. I wouldn't mind seeing blue installed, just really want to see how much the colored hoses make the engine bay "pop" and if its going to be too much.

My thoughts exactly. I have a red cam tower and red vacuum lines right now. I went conservative with black when I did the thermal sleeved engine harness and am wondering the same thing on these hoses. I don't want it to be too much.

Dam ...
I was praying some day someone would make these ... that was 5 years ago ... I had bought brand new Porsche hoses back then and are sill in the cabinet ...
I would love to see some pictures of these in someones engine bay... They may be a bit loud ? I think blue might be a tamer color ?

I just realized that this hose set is for an 86- 87 turbo ... By any chance do any of you guys know what would be the difference for an 88 Turbo S ?

LR lists '88 and up for the 'later' style hoses. I can say however my '88 (non S) is the early style. Anyhow the difference though is the hose that comes off the aux. turbo water pump. The early hose is one piece and sort of resembles a J. The later style broke this into 2 hoses. The difference is the water crossover pipe that goes across the frame rails. The later style has 2 barbs, the early style 1 barb.

My Turbo water pump has a one piece J hose and 2 barbs on the coolant pipe
All the best

Sorry still did not install mine . I have been to lazy to bleed the system again and wont do so before i get my new rad from Chris white. I could however take a pic of my engine compartment were every other hose is blue (all vacume hoses,LR venturi delete,LR hardpipe hoses)

Very nice Mr. Nasty pants! Looks like a candy store cabinet.
The good advice given to me applies to you as well - you should replace the ugly brown PS reservoir for one of the polished Forge units as it currently sticks out like a sore thumb.
