Default Pics of latest project car - another Pinky!

Bought this car off ebay - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

Got it yesterday evening and unloaded all the stuff that was packed inside. PO said the car started but didn't run right. It has a redone 86 block and turbo in it. I am planning on putting the stock airbox and injectors back in and trying to start it that way. Seats are bolted through the floor board and don't move back and forth Has some sort of other wastegate welded on at some time.

I don't see how people can beat up these cars so bad! It's terrible!

Yup - all those boxes and the nose and a passenger fender were in the car when it arrived. Need to pull out the power washer and clean things up so I can determine junk and treasure. First step will be getting the car running and we'll see what happens from there.

I looked at that car in person week before last - had lot's of extras with it (it was only 10 miles down the road from me!). Thought I might bid on it for spares for my '89, but ended up deciding not to

Good luck with the project.
