It took a couple of looks before I saw what they'd done on the Audi with the cocktail stick!!!
Right as rain! NO dash cracks, plenty of power.
-Had the pan gasket replaced at 200k, and -since it's such a pain to get that far in, had the crank bearings replaced at the same time.
Looked at the old bearings, and they were still like 20k (not 200k!).
Still pulling strongly. She's up on the lift right now, getting belts, new oil, and a couple of squeaks in the rear suspension looked at. (hopefully just bushings, but always worth a full inspection!)
Love that car... just wish I could find some blue pinstripe to re-cover the seat back inserts.
