Default Need your opinion. Clear or black trim lenses?

Hi guys,

I'm torn between the clear or black trim lenses. The black trim seems to look better. Know that they will be both dual fixed lights. They just didn't have a picture of the black trim setup for the dual light kit.

They need to ship soon, so I need to make my decision.

So, give me your opinion.

Thanks

Painted red to match my car. I've also got the hood vents and chin spoiler, also painted red to match the car. The pictures are not my car, just the same color.

They will be shipped next week. Mark says I'm getting the first ones sold. At least here in the US.

We needed a fixed setup to fabricate the 4" cold air intake. Removing all the bucket hardware allowed much easier fabrication and clearance. We'll be sucking air from the passenger wheel well.

This may sound kinda cheesy, but if you chose the clear, you could always use some tint film as a border and cover with Laminx for protection.

I'm guessing you have the US front bumper still, so you'll have the two on the side as well. I'd go with the black to break up all that red/clear. Post up some pictures when it's done.

Damn, only just finished fitted D9's dual pop-up light set. Now I'm going to have to buy this kit & re-route my intake as well (need headlight flashers as I removed the fog lights).
I'd go with the red buckets & clear lens, you can always tint them later if you don't like it.
