Got dimensions on it? (Or a source?..is it an ebay FMIC?)
Pretty much exactly what I was planning on doing here in a few weeks, but haven't bought an intercooler yet.

thanks!,
the fmic came from ebay, pretty cheap, around 200$ shipped
as for the specs, i have no clue but if you look further on ebay, you will find it easily

if you measure and calculate the cross sectional area of the standard intercooler you may be very suprised.5.5x5+27.5sq,in
I have that one and its a bit more as its 3.5" thick ..but if not carful you can one the same only 12x3.5 but if you get a very similar looking one from ebay that is only 3" thick witch calculates out at slightly less it may flow less than a standard one . 12 x3 =27
they are often listed as FC3 Rx7 and V mount ..
the core is 18x12x3.5"

The one from my old car is a bit bigger than that one (see attached). I bought it from Roush Racing, it was left over from their old Trans Am days. I didn't have any noticable increase in lag, which honestly surprised me.

From what I understand, the units pressurize instantly so all this talk about bigger fmic and associated pipes adding lag is largely untrue.
