Default Damn.. totaled

Was driving back from the beach last Wednesday when I lost control on a corner. Must have hit a wet patch and the rear-end came loose. Lost consciousness before impact and don't remember anything. Was told I smacked into another car and then skidded off the road. Other people were not hurt.
I suffered a nice gash around the eye which required 10 stitches and a lacerated kidney. Was put in the ICU for 3 days until I stopped peeing blood. Body is bruised but i'm doing alright.

Really loved this car... put a smile on my face everytime I went out for a spin.

Last hump:

Man that looks like quite a hit!
You are alive and well, along with others, that's all that matters! Looks like you are very lucky to have walked away with the few injuries that you had.

Was a very beautiful car...

Wow dude - glad you came through that in pretty good shape...

Car can be replaced - I think that is a little beyond duct-tape and buffing, but that is just my guess

like the others have said, what matters is that you are okay! Hopefully the insurance company will make it able for you to get another quickly!

Any plans? another 951? 911? Are they letting you keep any of your parts?

Thanks guys.
It's the insurance companies car now. I'll be happy to get around 10k for her. Have not thought about a future car.

DUDE WTF... Glad you are OK, but far too many POS cars still running, and too many nice ones ending similar fates lately!

Balistic - glad to see you came through this as well as you did. By the looks of your car that was some impact. Both air bags deployed. Hope everything works out for you and you're back in the 951 madness soon. Best of luck.

at least ask if there can be a buyback option. remember you had the 300rwhp kit on there and that thing really was a cherry
