Default Turbo water pump problems!

Normally when I come home from a half hour drive, my turbo water pump kicks on for about a minute then shuts off. Recently i havn't heard it at all, and have been smelling some burnt oil.
Im worried theres a problem with the wiring.

Ive checked the pump, 12v and it runs. Bypassed the relay and it runs. Not sure what to do next. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Or the temp sensor.

I think the relay is like $160.

I would also say the relay, it has a timer circuit in it that runs the water pump for a minute after the ignition is turned off. Does it run when you ground out the wire to the turbo temp sensor with the ignition on?
Might want to see if you can get a used one, they are a bit pricey.

Yes it will..

Look to either the sensor or the relay, sensro is the cheaper of the 2 pieces...

so i grounded out the temp sensor wire and the pump turns on. Doesnt seem like it turns off though. Is this normal or is the relay done?

After you release the wire from ground, it should run for a minute then turn off. If you ground it again, it should repeat the process.
