I received a full refund yesterday from D9 through my PayPal account. I want to thank Beni and any other lister who assisted in resolving this. Now onward to more interesting and entertaining threads.

Od,

Really? They are one of the most respected dealers in the UK....and I have had zero problems with them on a few purchases.

What happened with your transaction?

Default update:

Adam at Porscheshop sent me an apology in an email saying they were prepared to make things right,

hopefully, soon the matter will be closed. I hope what was going on with me was just a couple of bad days with them.

and D9 ?

they frigging rock... it would be very sad if we lose them.

With service like this I would not order from D9. 6 months with no response and having to get RL involved to get a refund is unacceptable business practices IMO.
