I'm selling a complete 944 turbo longblock for $300/best offer, local pickup only in western MA. It has a cracked cylinder wall, but, it's cheap. Includes a stock turbo that I'd rebuild, a great cylinder head, camtower, etc. Main and rod bearings were replaced within 2000 miles. All the gaskets were new then as well- not that this helps! Good crankshaft. Exhaust system that didn't leak. Timing and balance belts were brand new (50 miles on them). Includes flywheel and fairly new clutch kit. Good candidate for a sleeving job or just for the parts. Right now the head is off, but the rest is assembled.
Does not include any sensors, alternator, or wiring. If you're interested I will send a picture of what I'm including for this price. Engine had 80k miles on it when I thought I blew the headgasket- turns out it had a cracked cylinder wall.

DME/KLR with stock chips- $200 This was a good KLR that ran stock boost with no issues.

Complete wiring harness- no damage- $200

Turbo cylinder head with 1 burned exhaust valve- $150

Intercooler- $100

TPS- $50

Stock Wastegate- worked good, $50

Good luck with the sale. I can't even give a short block away with moderate scoring on #3 and a bad #2 rod journal. Someone wants mine for a coffee table base once I'm done using it for a guide of where all the external parts go on the one I'm building.

 

Agreed, - I'm hoping someone wants the other parts besides the block, and maybe they'll take the block too. There's a lot of good stuff there for the money, am I wrong? Price is negotiable.
