Now that design will work, unlike your first one. This one will have enough clearance for the downpipe. But how are you planning on filling the oil?

For mine I was going to run a line to the bottom plug but decided to just use the plugs on the valve cover for that

First design will work in my case as well, because most likely there will be no down pipe in that spot...
Oil filling will be made through the hose which goes to lower fitting. My friend will make me a special adapter to attach to the hose.
My friend made just adapters, not cost effective to send hoses and normal AN fittings from Finland to States. I am going to ship these to John as soon as we finsihed out few other things, but most likely parts will be shipped latest on next Monday.

Unfortunately, I'm just not that patient. I'm also too worried about ruining the beautiful powdercoat.

Looks good Olli. It's nice to have that AOS out of there, it saves an amazing amount of room. Even when removing/installing/working on the ref sensors in the car there is loads of extra room for your hands.

Patience for filling through the cam tower plug? Probably take 5 minutes max. What's the rush? Lol

Gustaf, have not yet decided. Most likely some kind of can will be fabricated. I want to have something unique, so i have skipped all china cans and SaikoMichi or what ever it is. I have drawings more or less ready, let's see if my friend is willing to make that can from billet.Other plan is to make it from carbonfibre myself.
btw. he promised to make your parts as soon he gets home from vacation in Thailand. He just get frustrated of all that snow we have here in the southern part of Finland. We are almost having a record now. That much snow was last time almost 100 years ago.

Looking forward to your solution. I'm looking around for an air/oil separator myself but cannot find what I'm really looking for. Sounds good about the parts. I can see why he's reluctant to come home, we have the same situation here with the snow.

Well shoot, I decided to take my AOS off since I have the turbo out and did a little search to see what info I can find on the AOS and I find this. I'm guessing still not available?

My AOS seals are obviously shot and it would be nice to do this set up but I need to start putting things back together, the rental car cost is killing me.
