Default Hmmm.....a $230K 911.....

Can you imagine what Porsche could turn the 911 into if it were to have a $230K price tage?

What would it do to the other supercar competition? (Ferrari......Lambo....might not be able to keep up. )

Just some random late night thoughts....probably should have quit drinking a few hours ago.

Wrong forum and all lol...but it would be pretty crazy. Then again, the new 2010 Turbo should give Ferraris and lambos a run for their money as it is. Be kind of hard to cram $230k into a 911 I think. You already get a lot for your money. I personally can't wait to see the 998 Turbo whenever it may come.

Isn't the GT2 close to 200k with some options?

The GT2 isn't close enough for you? Isn't it $200K?

I'm sure I'll catch crap for saying it, but if you want a scary thought, imagine if GM had a $230K Corvette. The $100K one is already the fastest production vehicle around the Ring. 6 seconds faster than said GT2, from what I've read.

No doubt!

GM or not - the Z06 and ZR-1 are both one HELL of a bargain for what you get. Save for some cheap plastics in the interior, they are VERY well built and VERY un-GM like. A $230k ZR-1 would probably be a pretty incredible vehicle.

I just don't see how you cram another $130k into a Corvette lol. I mean...at $100k, you already get A LOT.

It wouldnt be that hard to dump 230k into a 911. Especially if you farm out all the work.

Look at Guns' 935 tribute car. I'm sure the price of that car came close to 230k. Unless hes got mad hookups.
