I just received my enrollment info into the Oklahoma School of Engineering. Seems all I need for supplies is a copy machine and the knowledge to lift the lid. And plain paper.
Interesting. Tial will be pleased to see their hard work and design are being carried forward.
When I called them about thier mount and turbos, they didnt even know they had them!!! I was told I would get a phone call back.........still waiting 5 months later. LOL! And to think I am one of their biggest dealers in San Diego for over ten years!!!!!!!
This wasnt a jab at you John. I was just explaining how big of an interest Tial has with this set-up and the answer is virtually none!

What? its hard to belive that Tial does not want to jump into the ultra lucrative 944 turbo market.....
ive seen one just recently, We installed this just recently on 333pg333 951
Actually I'd have to say I think this is about the most ideal sized turbo for a street 2.5L 951 that I've used or been in. Really nice response and still quite a bit of a kick. I've been running it at 1.5bar and it sits there all the way through the rpm range. No falling off. I think it could take more with a few other mods, but this was really just an interim choice as I'd wanted to move to something smaller than the very good, but oversized VR stage 5.
I think with E85 and a decent amount of boost you can't go past this turbo. I will say that going in JET/Sean's 2.5L with VR s3 is also very good. Perhaps a bit more laggy and with a bit more of a kick up top. Wouldn't mind seeing that turbo at 1.5 bar though.
Good to see some choice here. The mount is great and from what I understand progresses from the one initially developed by the guys at Tial. The improvents have been made and Tial are aware of them.
As Chris says, why wouldn't they want to jump aboard the highly lucrative 944 market is beyond me.
