I can't say I recommend doing business with classictube.com. I ordered the parts for the clutch line from their website, using the part numbers listed above. I received 2 hoses with straight female fittings on each end, and a 90 degree BANJO adapter on one end. This was obviously a screw up in the handling dept. so I called them up, and they refused to pay return shipping to fix their mistake! You'd think they'd be willing to at least ship the part out, and credit me when the return package came in, but no. I was ready to install the line today and get the car back on the road, now I'm out probably another 2 weeks and I get to make a trip to UPS! I might just say F- it and use the old lines and take the refund.

Don't know what to say.. I ordered the same pieces, and it was great...
You'll need to spec out all the pieces, but -4 Teflon lined braided hose, fittings and adapters are available with a search.
I found the lined braided hose easy to assemble, easier than unlined.
I got mine from Pegasus Racing and I think Summit carries them as well.
Different vendors also carry pre-made -4 brake hose assemblies that you might adapt to work. (Russell, All-Star, etc.)
I don't know if regular (unlined) -4 is up to the pressure for clutch operation. For sure it isn't up to brake pressure!
For my engine swap I had to adapt an metric inverted flare master cylinder (non Porsche) to a bubble flare clutch slave.
I got the male-male AN adapters for each end and a nice hose all from JEGS for a good price. I think I used -3 size.

The master/slave adapters above are spec'd for -3AN.
Classic Tube states they can make custom hoses. So if we can get an exact hose length from someone in the know, and request that length with 90 deg -3AN ends, WINNER!
Some recommend -4 over -3 for clutch hydraulics due to the higher volume/lower pressure of fluid moving, as opposed to low volume/high pressure in the brake system.
If -3 works for you, excellent.
Got all parts off of ebay.
Parts list:
-M12x1.0 to -3AN fittings ( 2 ) goes to master/slave cylinders
-3AN union - joins two lines
-3AN 90 degree 14 inch line ( 2 )
Bonus, VW braided brake hose - master to reservoir hose.
Using a Motive bleeder made bleeding a breeze.
Pics for future references.
Hood being off isn't needed but made it way easier to work on.
