That always made me suspect raw fuel getting into a evap line since the actual fuel lines are on the right. There could be a small crack in a nipple, a bad hose, or a pinhole in the tank on that side. The plastic tanks are not known to crack so that's not likely. Either way it's a good time to replace the TA mount or do the solid urethane potting method using the old mount. I can usually pull a TA in about 1 hr or so but have never dropped a tank.
