CCW makes great wheels, parts are very reasonably priced if you need to repair one or change offsets. Very popular with the club racers in my area. I have a set and will probably buy another soon.

Mark, I have heard nothing but good about the CCWs, however in my view the ATS look much nicer, can be worked in with Dave to provide centrelocking, and will be much easier to clean. I have always found the way that the CCW centres are raised above the rim unattractive. It detracts from the dish effect.

Thanks Patrick, yes the consensus without shadow of a drought is that CCW provide a top notch service but we will 99.9% go down the ATS route on this occasion. I exchanged several emails with Dave last night which all sound very promising regards the hubs.

Are we still on for the steering swap mate – For those that don’t know we are converting the car from RHD to LHD.

We will definitely use CCW in the future though as I have plans for a perfect project they will suit down to the ground.

ATS were good enough for the Mercedes CLK GTR so there more than good enough for us plus they are made in Germany so in keeping with the porsche theme:

(Above I'm sure we will all agree that it would be a very tough decision between the above GTR or a CGT )

Hi Duke yes we will mate but we are a long way off from that yet however the designs are set and just wait till you see what we’ve got planed for the sides. The rear arches for the race car we are currently fabricated in steel which I'll have pictures to post in the next 3 weeks along with the rollcage which will be running right through to the front turrents with some other nice details

Anybody want to help me spend Beni’s money please step right up

I have had experience with speaking to the owner John at CCW. I purchased a set of SP15's for 996 and am a very satisfied customer. John will steer you in the right direction.

I think I know where a set of those ATS wheels sit ...
I have four never mounted 18 X 11 wheels. I can do more pics and measurements if you are interested.
