Presently running the Evolution and so far no problems. I have had it on the car for about 2 years, normal boost is 15 psi.

i use the stock audi tt valve (710N) and i know many others that does too with high boost and are very happy with it

I always thought the stock valve must offer and advantage with response time.

Thanks for posting, but those tests are from 2002. Are you sure the Forge BOV used in the test is the same as those sold now?

I don´t know if the forge is the same today as it was 2002, they have probably updated the forge to.

still the forge is a piston based diverter and the bosch is a diaphragm based and piston based is a tiny bit slower in response.

What many misses is that the forge has to be lubed regular to preserve right function.

The 710n is cheap and i can change it many times before i´m up in the same cost as a forge.
(i changed mine now after 4 years, not broken just because it was old)

But the forge and turbosmart are indeed nice diverter valves no question about it

then it´s just my thoughts about it
