A bit strange.. It looks like it has Turbo S wheels, paint and interior, is a 1988 but also a sunroof. I didn't think the Turbo S could be ordered with one.

Must be a US thing, I haven't seen one in over here that has it. Porsche were concerned with it staying on the car when going fast. I've had issues with 944 sunroof when going fast, they don't stay shut very well..

Even if you had to ship it across the country its parts value is so many times the investment.

You don't want to fix it. Just selling the engine and transmission would duble your money.

Looks to me like there must be some serious damage to the passenger side....oops....drivers side.
The bodywork is really high off the rear wheel. Also, does the rear bumper look slightly less 'US' than normal? Or has it suffered impact from behind?

Yeah looks like parts of the hood are still there... That poor car definitely had a bad day.
My 88 Turbo S is not a pinky but also has a sunroof.
